Job Description
Looking for a project coordinator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to diagnose complex problems.
Responsibilities & Duties
Compiling work packages for crews,
Reviewing field generated paperwork daily,
Working extensively with excel to manage database information,
Working with tablets to organize work packages based on geography and Client driven priority requirements,
Tracking and modelling installation production data,
Providing weekly project updates for Internal and Client stakeholders,
Cultivate and promote positive working relationships with internal management team, site supervisors, subcontractors and other contractors on site.
Work Experience
Construction industry experience preferred,
Previous administrative roles in a fast-paced construction environment,
Military experience may be considered in place of job experience.
Skills
Must be able to work on a team and be able to communicate, follow directions and help others as needed,
Must be dependable and adhere to daily work schedule,
Must obtain negative drug test prior to hire,
Communicate and interact with internal employees, colleagues and clients in a professional and timely manner,
Proven business writing skills,
Excellent computer skills beyond basic Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work and think independently to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Required Education
High school or equivalent
Required licenses or certifications
Driver's License in good standing
