Job Description
Wolf Line Construction is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of highly specialized and confidential administrative duties in support of our organization and multiple departments. This position will work closely with and report to the Director of Human Capital in the North Charleston office.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain confidential records and prepare routine reports
Maintain company data in spreadsheets
Maintain confidential and sensitive written and oral information
Maintain up-to-date records of information to support reports; creates, edits, and distributes reports for final review
Develop and maintain social media content for company including Facebook, LinkedIn, and corporate website
Assist with HR functions, such as processing leave and time off requests
Create and maintain job postings for company positions
Complete prescreening process of prospective employees
Assist with annual open enrolment of company benefits including health insurance, dental, vision
Perform weekly audits on vehicle dash cams for driving compliance and compile data
Help coordinate corporate events and arrange travel arrangements
Maintain confidentiality of all corporate documentation
Manage corporate headquarters office in North Charleston
Provide administrative support to all departments
Maintain and perform duplicating and filing documents
computer skills
Intermediate desktop publishing, including the ability to create a desktop publishing document, import text and graphics, create master pages and page numbers, spell check, etc.
Advanced spreadsheet skills, including the ability to insert formulas and mathematical calculations; create workbooks; format and print worksheets, sort lists, and create graphs and charts.
Qualifications
Degree in business management preferred; experience may substitute for education
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in business support role and/or in office management role
In-depth knowledge of office practices and procedures, including filing systems, and letter and report writing
Coordinate and perform complex office work with speed and accuracy
Ability to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
Experience in a human resources or equivalent function is preferred
Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
Dependable and possess ability to adhere to daily work schedule
Ability to work and think independently to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Perform all the relevant duties of the position with only minimal supervision
Communicate and interact with internal employees, senior management, and clients in a professional and timely manner
Extensive administrative support experience
Microsoft suite experience
