Tim McCulloch

Tim McCulloch, President and Founder of Wolf Line Construction, has more than 40 years of progressively responsible and hands-on experience in the electrical utility construction industry building distribution and transmission lines, and fiber optic networks.  Tim’s career in the industry spans from his start as a lineman to being President and Owner of his own company. He has been responsible for successfully leading companies through major growth modes and has directed as many as 400 employees on multiple, large, complex construction projects. He has spent 31 years in leadership positions, including being Vice President of Construction and Major Projects for a leading construction company. 

Colin Garner

Colin Garner, Vice President of Wolf Line Construction, has more than 11 years of industry experience. He has prepared project execution plans for major infrastructure projects and his responsibilities included managing resources, overseeing design, construction execution, and issue resolution.  His engineering background lends to his skills of reviewing and optimizing engineering plans, developing schedules and capital budgets, and leading feasibility studies.  His experience as a research associate in equities gave him a solid background in financial analysis and he serves as the primary project and commercial manager overseeing operations for Wolf Line Construction.

Colin holds a BS in Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Carolina.
