This summer, we took time to thank the people who make Wolf Line Construction what it is: our crews. We hosted two appreciation barbeques in late June in Ohio and Michigan, bringing together our team, clients, and community partners for great food and conversation.
In Michigan, representatives from Michigan Works! discussed our broadband apprenticeship program, sharing how it helps train the next generation of broadband technicians—a great reminder that our work isn’t just about building infrastructure, it’s about building careers, too.
A highlight of both events was hearing directly from Wolf Line clients, who expressed their appreciation for the crews’ dedication and professionalism, as well as the sacrifices they make in spending time away from home and working through challenging outdoor conditions.
The dialogue at both events also touched on the bigger picture: how expanding and maintaining broadband and utility infrastructure supports the communities we work in. Reliable connectivity and utilities aren't just conveniences—they're essential to how communities grow, work, and stay connected.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out in Ohio and Michigan. Events like these are a reminder of the people and relationships behind every project we take on.
Here's to more appreciation, more good conversations, and more great work ahead.
