In November, fourteen Wolf Line Construction employees stepped away from their jobsites for a three-day Leadership Development Resource training focused on Proactive Performance Coaching. The goal: to sharpen communication, build leadership confidence, and learn effective coaching techniques that will help their crews succeed.
Team members from multiple Wolf Line locations worked through real-world scenarios, group discussions, and hands-on coaching exercises. They developed a deeper awareness of their leadership styles, practiced giving constructive feedback, and learned how to guide employees in a way that drives stronger performance.
