Our Annual Safety Meeting is a cornerstone of the Wolf Line calendar—and this year was no exception. Bringing together field employees from across our operations, the day focused on what matters most: working safely, looking out for one another, and returning home to our families at the end of every shift.
We reviewed key safety practices, shared lessons learned from the past year, and reinforced the standards we expect on every job site. Through open discussion, interactive exercises, and real-world examples, we underscored that safety isn’t just a set of rules—it’s a shared responsibility and a core part of our culture.
After a productive day focused on safety, we shifted gears for a well-earned celebration at our annual Holiday Party. We were especially glad to welcome guests and family members. It was a chance to step away from the job site, relax, and spend time with the people who support our crews every day.
The evening was filled with good food, laughter, and appreciation for the team’s hard work and dedication. Moments like these remind us that while our work is demanding, our success is built on strong relationships, teamwork, and genuine trust in one another.
